How to Join

If you are looking for a church home, the pastor, staff and congregation welcome and encourage your membership at Francis Asbury United Methodist Church. There are several ways for you to join:

Trasfer from another United Methodist Church - Notify the church office of the name and address of your former church. The church staff will in turn write your former church and request your transfer. Please ensure that you list all family members whoare transferrring with you.

Affirmation of faith - If you are a baptized Christian but are not a member of a church you may join by affirming your faith in Jesus Christ as your Savior.

Transfer from another denomination - Transferring from a church of another denomination is similar to transferring from a United Methodist church. You will be asked, as all United Methodists are, to take a vow to support the church with "your prayers, your presence, your gifts and your service".
