Upcoming Events of InterestSaturday, September 18 - 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Marion Mission Team Yard Sale - 2092 Thomas Bishop Lane - Come out and browse gently used items for sale by the Marion Mission Team. All proceeds will be used to support the team's trip to Marion next July.
Saturday, September 18 - 6:30 PM - Family Movie Night - Join us for Movie Night as we watch "Shrek", rated PG, in the social hall and enjoy popcorn and refreshments. Nursery coverage is available. Please join us and bring some friends along for this fun, free family event. All ages are welcome! Saturday, September 25 - 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM - Parent's Morning Out - Join us for a fun Parent's Morning Out! Our theme is "My Family and I". Please bring in pictures of your family members and a couple leaves. The kids will make a family tree craft and leaf rubbings. Snack and lunch will be provided. Don't miss out on the fun! $20 per child, $10 per sibling. All proceeds will benefit Francis Asbury Preschool. Please see Amy in the nursery to sign up before September 22 or register here. Sunday, September 12 - 5:30 PM - Annual Church Picnic - Please join us for fun and fellowship at the pavilion behind the church for our annual church picnic. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided. Please bring a covered dish to share and lawn chairs for your own relaxation.
Saturday, September 25 - 3:00 - 7:00 PM - UMM Annual Pig Picking - Join the United Methodist Men for their annual dinner of pulled pork with fixins! Eat-in or take-out. $12.00 for adults and $8.00 for children. Tickets are on sale Sunday mornings in the Welcome Center between the 9:00 AM and 11:00AM worship services.
Saturday, October 9 - FAUMC Annual Book Sale - Used books, videos, CDs and puzzles are needed for the sale, as well as volunteers to assist. Contact Sue Rice for details.
